Transitioning Your System
There are three steps to putting your existing smarthome system under the care of Cloud9 Smart:
1. Smart Design: To properly maintain your system, first we need to uncover what’s there. A site visit and system audit gives us an accurate viewpoint of your home’s technology, which we use to build and deliver a design. Our proposed design uses your existing equipment where possible, along with any upgrades we consider necessary for a reliable and high performing system.
2. Smart Deployment: Our design is refined until you approve it, at which point we order all necessary equipment to our facility in Union Square, where programming and stress-testing takes place. Once your equipment goes through this process it is delivered and installed. Finally, settings are tweaked to your preferences and you are trained on your improved system.
3. SmartCare: Cloud9 Smart will handle your ongoing software updates, patch management, and monitoring of your security & Internet speed. Unlimited remote troubleshooting is included, along with bi-annual site visits and quarterly system health reports. Cloud9 Smart will also handle the logistics of all model for model hardware replacement in the event of failure.
